Even during downtime food takes forever.
I was very dissatisfied with the service. upon entering I saw that a single person was responsible for the front (taking the order, building the order, delivery of the order); meanwhile, four people were working the drive thru. it took two minutes of standing at the counter before anyone spoke to the line of costumers that had formed; another 1:37 before the single counter person began taking orders; and finally four minutes and fourty seconds to receive an egg McMuffin, hashbrowns, and sausage biscuit. my total time was eight minutes and seven seconds. I consistently have been speed of service at a sit-down restaurant.
I am absolutely sick and tired of dealing with the incompetence of the people that work there. I'll be placing a call to corporate first thing in the morning. Absolutely disgusted with their attitudes and the fact that not a single order I placed tonight was correct even after getting her to read everything back to me and me double checking the screen myself. I don't even understand why I waste money here. I won't from now on. That drive to leesville is looking a whole lot better than settling for crappy service and products.
I'm a McDonalds generation kid and I love my breakfast at McDonalds. I've been here several times (I grab breakfast heading to Lake Charles) and each time the order taker is either confused or just always extremely rude. One lady even acted as if I was bothering her with my order. The car before must have had the same problem because they had to repeat so much at the window that they were yelling.
Messy up your order. If you want the wrong order this is the place to go.
Some days food is good, others not. I hope this changes because I really love McDonalds and would hate to make a change.
Modern but slow and dirty. I would never base such a bad review on one visit either.
