Always loved Hooks, a real mom & pop kinda place. I've been trading with that place for 25 years.
Boots are cracking at the seal on instep. They said wear them til they come undone. Would not exchange them at the time. They are 2 months old. They made note of it and we are to bring them back when they tear. This to me is not good management. They should have exchanged them that day. We will see what becomes of this.
Awesome customer service, no pressure take your time place with staff standing quiet to the side! Wil continue to return for more shopping!
