Dr Dobbins office employees are lazy and rude. We have been trying for two weeks to get a paper filled out for our elderly mother to get help with a RX costing almost 400$ monthly. So I came today to pick it up and have been sitting here for over an hour and will continue to sit here until I get it. Just wanted you all to know what sorry services you can look forward to.
Dr. Dobbins is a wonderful pediatrician!!! His staff is lackluster and RUDE! The receptionist looks like she is constantly in a bad mood. I've been seeing Dr. Dobbins for about 6 months and each of my appts were not pleasant the wait time being a minimum of 1 hour.
