Horrible place! They are completely rude! When my husband was late on his payment because he got sick and couldn't work the manager decided to come out to my car when i gave somone else a ride there and hit my window to harrass me for the payment i didn't have she stood by my car and would not let me leave! Horrible customer service and horrible management! Glad to make the payments online before i go see these people again!
Miss BJ is always nice and kind to me. She and the manager helped me when I was unable to make my payment. They gave me a loan when others said "no". Thank You,
Horrible customer service! My husbands health declined rapidly and we were lat, they call and lead horribly rude messages on my husbands phone and threaten us every time we come in to make any type of payment! These as supposed to be Godly women and they treat people so disrespectfully. So sad
Will harass you to no end. Seen these people outside of their workplace and got dirty looks. Glad to be able to make a payment online without having to go in there. They never make me feel welcome.
