So happy to have found this place! My kids love it. Wish the was a little kid section.

I was very disappointed with this place in every way! First off I called Jump City to make sure it would be a good place to bring a three and four year old on a Friday night and they said sure I'm looking at a bunch of kids in that age group as we speak. What they failed to say was that this was a private party. We had to make our kids leave and come back later for the big room that opened at seven thirty. I thought this was going to be a big deal but when we returned and went in there it was two jumps and a little racing circle. My kids had a decent time and it is cheap to do but I think they could do more.
Hey I'm a kid and my experience was horrible. When I first got there me and my brother were so happy to be there. But the first jumpy house we get in my brother gets squished with a kid 3 times bigger then him. Then another girl smaller then me threatened to squish me so I run to my mom and just asked for a drink. Another thing was that they allow little kids to be dropped off and the parents leave them there. They must have really insane parents! They also need a A.C in there. Every body is sweating and it smells so bad in the bouncy houses. They are so cheap. The only place in the whole building that felt like there was a A.C was the bathrooms. Also those kids in there just go in the building in just anything. It was pretty fun at the beggining but..... I don't know
The cost of $8 per child and $2 per adult is okay, seeing how the cost of a child includes a drink and food. Though if you go in during the week in the summer, do expect random children to be in the area as well, seeing how some people just dump their kids off and leave. About 20 kids present and only 1 other parent in site. The two present counter staff keep disappearing for extended periods as well. Kids were happy, but the whole place feels really cheap and neglected.
