I had a very bad exerience with expressions!!! I went in and asked for balayage and she didn't even come close to it. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and told her exactly what I wanted and she did far from it. My hair looks absolutely terrible!!! It is super blocked and has random blonde streaks. They refused to give me a refund and was going to make me repay to have them fix it. I made a post on Facebook about how I was unhappy with them and the owner messaged me threatening to call her lawyer if I didn't take it down. I would not recommend going to expressions ever.
