I was given a date and time when I would be visited by a pest control J+J employee. They arrived exactly as planned, did a thorough inspection and explained things clearly. I cannot ask for more than that. :-)
I have been with j&j for several yrs and I love them. If I see anything in my house or outside I call and they come ASAP to spray. I haven't had any bugs in my house at all other than a few Earwigs, but they come and take care of it ASAP. My cat brought me a surprise I really didn't care to have a snake
They e-mail us a copy of the invoice and we can pay by check or online. Our house is free of bugs and ants but if we come up with any problems they will come and spray again.
These guys are always on time and do a great job both inside and out. The accommodate my schedule. We've had them sense we bought our house new in 2010 and have never had a bug problem.
J&J is very dependable and trustworthy. We are glad their service is available on the Texas side of the lake!
They send a notice of the date they are coming and a neighbor opens the house for them. After completing spraying of the house and 4 out buildings and a travel trailer, they leave an invoice by the telephone.
We have had exterminating service with J&J at our lake house on Toledo Bend Reservoir for many years (10 - 15).
Excellent service. No bugs in the house. Took care of an issues with ants right away. Online bill pay is a great feature. Would recommend.
