Only 2 ladies working with only 2 customers and as we sit waiting they discuss their weekend and how much fun they had. This is the third time I've been here in 10 days (due to needing more information each time) and the same bad customer service each time. There are zero customer service skills, they do not smile without serious work on the customers part and are very abrupt, bordering rude, with answering questions.
