If we were to recommend century 21 we would recommend vickie as the agent to go through she was extremely helpful as this was my wife and mine first home buying experience we had gone through 1 agent before vickie who did not compare she, vickie, was always readily available and helped us through the entire process and always gave, in our opinion, her honest thoughts on the house which was the best part for both my wife and I. Vickie was such a good agent and so helpful to us that when we choose to sell the house we are going to try to go through her to do so

My husband and I moved to DeRidder and rented a home through Century 21. Ms. Frances was amazing helping us sort through houses and telling us the most efficient way to visit each one. We ended up with a house that had been vacant for a few months. We had multiple issues once we moved in (leaking faucets in bathroom, garage door required repairs twice, burner in stove was out, water supply to fridge had been cut, ceiling fan did not work, large cardboard box full of trash was left next to garage) but most items were fixed quickly.
Ruth took us to multiple houses, on multiple days even revisiting the same house 3 or 4 times. She was patient to ensure we got the house we wanted in the end. I would definitely recommend Ruth and Century 21 Steve Delia & Associates to anyone.
We were only there for about 9 months because my husband came down on orders. We waited to receive our security deposit back and saw money was withheld. I contacted the office to see if they could explain why we didn't receive our entire deposit back. Ms. Frances explained it was for marks on the wall and replacing a damaged item. I can't dispute the marks on the wall. But I provided documentation that the item damaged was not in the house when we moved in (we installed it) and thought it was just a small error on Century 21's side. I had e-mail correspondence with Mr. Steve Delia, provided the same documentation (move in inspection and pictures) and asked for our money to be returned. Mr. Delia has stopped responding to my e-mails.
