No Stars this is the WORST PLACE!!! The idiot they have running the books and storage unit can't keep up her books. They are double charging and not writing down my payments. I have hand wrote receipts from when I go in to make payments and they take cash ONLY. The woman still tried arguing with me A PAYING CUSTOMER! Then she hung up on me not once but twice because I tried to show her mistakes. But she didn't wanna hear it so she yelled over me while I was talking to try and tell me how she was right and was doing me a "favor". They also had someone break my locker on my unit and had it open for a whole month without even calling or telling me about it until I showed up and paid then went around to my unit to find all of my things thrown down the aisle. After I called her to come see she then told me someone asked a few days ago about if it was for grabs or not. All of my kitchen supplies and clothing was stolen and they did nothing about it. A phone call would've been nice. I told her I was going to Walmart to get a lock and when I came back she had not one but two of their locks on my unit and they had left for the day. Now she's telling me until I pay that months rent she won't take then off.. F**k her and they can shove it up their a**!!!!! Do NOT use this place. It's cheap for a reason. They will rob you blind!!
