I called to verify that they had a particular model power supply in stock, which they confirmed. Ordered it but got a different model which they say is an upgrade from the one I ordered. Maybe, but it had different physical dimensions and was not suitable for my situation, that's why I called to verify they had the one I wanted. They took it back alright but BEWARE, this is a home based business and they only gave me a $32 credit for a $40 power supply. So I guess I'm paying for them to send it back to their distributor as well as to me and back to them. In all that came out to about $35 shipping! Doing the calculations I'd been better of to have kept the PS and sold it on Ebay and saved the all the extra shipping.
